How are our canvas prints different from others?

We use 100% cotton canvas (not polyester!) for our canvas prints and 255 gsm heavy weight photographic paper for poster prints. With the best printers on the market, special pigment ink of top brands and using ultrachrome technology, we provide outstandingly durable canvas with excellent high resolution, sharpness and detail. The prints are guaranteed to save their vividness for 75 years and will never fade due to sunlight or other external influence.

Can I print my own photographs?
Yes, of course you can! Just contact us and email your photo and our graphic designer will prepare it for printing on canvas or as a poster and will give you a choice of available formats for your picture. No extra costs involved! You still pay the same as if you were ordering one of our ready designs. What's more, if your photo gets approved, you may want it to be added to our online shop so it's available for others to order and will start bringing profit to you!
Where are the items shipped from?
This website combines 2 separate shops. Canvas and poster prints are shipped from the UK. Apparel and gadgets are hosted in a US based online shop. Deliveries all over the world are guaranteed from both stores - see delivery times and rates for canvas & prints UK store and for the apparel & gadgets US store. If you wish to order more items, contact us beforehand to discuss a better deal!
How are the prints delivered to my door?
The prints are made and usually dispatched within 48 hours on receiving the payment. This means that the canvas you will get is not a dusty one from a storehouse, but freshly prepared just at your request, securely wrapped to reach you in perfect condition and ready to hang. Delivery within the UK takes between 4 -7 working days, international delivery by Parcelforce Worldwide is guaranteed within 15 working days.
What are the payment methods?
We accept payments through paypal - one of the most popular and safest ways of paying online. It is easy and straightforward, accepts most credit and debit cards and does automatic currency conversion if you are odering from abroad. The ONLY information you share with us is the delivery address, whereas your payment is being processed on the paypal secure page. We also accept UK cheques and money orders - please contact us for instructions to do so. If you are ordering from overseas and outside EU, please check customs regulations or border taxes regarding prints with your local advice bureau.
What is the return policy?
If you are lucky enough to find another store as cheap as ours, can you be sure they deliver to the high quality standard as we do? We are so certain that you will be completely satisfied with your print that if for any reason you are not happy, we will offer a full immediate refund (less p&p costs) if you inform us within 2 days and return it within 7 days to our UK store.
